Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/6 cup of tahini
  • 1 clove of finely diced garlic (saute if its too strong)
  • 1/2 tbsp of hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/8 cup of water
  • pinch of paprika (optional)

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor, magic bullet, or blender.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika on top.
  4. Spread or dip with anything - pita, bread, crackers etc.
