Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line an 8x4 loaf pan with foil.
  2. Mash 2 cups of strawberries in a large bowl.
  3. Stir in condensed milk, lime juice, and 2 cups Cool Whip.
  4. Pour this mixture into the loaf pan.
  5. Top the cake with combined chopped Oreos and butter.
  6. Press the cookies into the mixture and cover.
  7. Freeze the cake for at least 6 hours.
  8. To serve, invert onto a plate.
  9. Remove the foil.
  10. Frost with the remaining Cool Whip.
  11. Slice the remaining strawberries and delicately top the cake with them.
