Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 1/2 cups ricottia cheese, i use low fat

Directions:

  1. Toss strawberries with 1/4 cup splenda and let stand until juicy.
  2. Whisk ricotta with remaing 2 T sugar and almond extract.
  3. Layer ricotta with strawberry minture in glasses and top with almonds.
  4. Chill for several hours.
