A low calorie, low fat dessert
Ingredients:
3/4 lb strawberry, sliced
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1 1/2 cups ricottia cheese, i use low fat
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
1/8 cup toasted almond, sliced
Directions:
1. Toss strawberries with 1/4 cup splenda and let stand until juicy.
2. Whisk ricotta with remaing 2 T sugar and almond extract.
3. Layer ricotta with strawberry minture in glasses and top with almonds.
4. Chill for several hours.
