Ingredients:

  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 packages (10 oz ea ) frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Stir dry ingredients in a large bowl, making a well in the center. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into the well. Stir enough to dampen all ingredients. Pour into 2 greased, lightly floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 in. loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour, or until done. Cool before removing from pan.
