Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Slice strawberries and sprinkle with sugar, put in refrigerator.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Remove strawberries from refrigerator and combine with eggs and oil.
  4. Add to flour mixture, mix well.
  5. Add nuts if desired.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 55 minutes depending on size of bread pan.
  7. Spray pans with Pam or wipe with your choice of oil or shortening before pouring batter into pans.
