Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, baking soda, and oatmeal.
  2. Puree bananas and strawberries in blender.
  3. Mix strawberry-banana mixture with sugar, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just moistened.
  5. Fill muffin cups almost full.
  6. Drizzle each muffin with honey if desired.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, or until done.
