Strawberry Banana Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Beat sugar, bananas, eggs, vanilla extract, yogurt in another large bowl.
  3. Beat just to mix, the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
  4. Fold in the berries
  5. Pour the mixture into a well greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  6. Place some sliced strawberries over top of loaf
  7. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 60 minutes.
  8. Note: tastes best as do all banana breads, when wrapped and sliced and served the following day
