Directions:

  1. In a large pot add ale, water, onions, old bay, and salt bring to a boil.
  2. (i make this outdoors in a turkey fryer).
  3. Add potatoes, chorizo and onions,cover, cook 15 minutes.
  4. Add corn, mussels, lobster, cover, cook 10-15 minutes more until mussels open remove lobsters, split in half.
  5. Serve in large bowls,with melted butter on the side (optional).
