Ingredients:
2 pounds sliced zucchini
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, saute the zucchini and garlic in oil until zucchini is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with seasonings. Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings.
