Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients, and form into a loaf in a baking pan.
  3. Mix the last 6 ingredients together and pour over the meat loaf.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, basting every little while.
