Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse your clams in strainer/colander
  2. Saute butter, shallots, and fresh garlic on Med-high heat until shallots start to get translucent.
  3. Sprinkle a little kosher salt and grind a little pepper to taste.
  4. Add your clams.
  5. Add your wine, cream and parsley.
  6. Turn temp down to Med.
  7. Put lid over pot and steam until clams open. 4-5 minutes.
  8. Put in a big ol' bowl, give everyone a folk and some bread to dip in the juice.
