Steamed Summer Squash in Butter

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups zucchini
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Chop veggies into bite size pieces.
  2. Steam veggies for approximately 7-10 minutes, or until just tender.
  3. Melt butter in large pan and stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated.
