  3. 2 large onions and saute
  4. Add 4 cups water
  5. 2 cans beef broth
  6. Boil medium 1 hour
  7. Watch liquid level
  8. Add water as needed
  9. Add potatoes
  10. Add carrots
  11. And 3 cups water
  12. 2 cans beef broth
  13. Simmer high from to 1 to 2 hours
  14. Add 16 oz green beans, frozen
  15. 3 cups tomatoes, diced
  16. Simmer medium 1 hour or more
  17. Add cabbage
  18. Simmer medium 1 hour
