Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 lb of sirloin or top round
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup molasses i guess you could use honey instead.
  • 2 tsp ginger. use fresh if you have it.

Directions:

  1. Sice meat against the grain into strips
  2. Combine all ingredients
  3. Put in a zip lock bag
  4. Marinate steak for 15-30 min at least
  5. String onto bamboo sticks that you have pre soaked in water so they wont burn up.
  6. And broil or grill to the desired doneness.
