Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp mace
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cup persimmon pulp
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cream

Directions:

  1. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and spices. Stir in persimmon pulp, eggs, milk, cream, melted butter and vanilla. Bake in 325 degree oven for an hour. Place in greased glass dish (9 x9).
