Stabilized Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • stabilized whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • 2 tbsp confectioner''s sugar
  • 1/2 tsp (or more) vanilla or ......... kahlua , chambord , chocolate , grand marnier....you get the idea

Directions:

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water, let sit 5 minutes
  2. Heat gently until gelatin is dissolved
  3. Add to cream blending only to combine, not whip.
  4. Chill in refrigerator at least one hour. Whip cream and add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla, whip until cream holds its shape.
  5. The cream will stiffen further upon refrigeration.
  6. Use for cream puffs or cakes.
  7. Servings really depend on how it's being used.
