Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup. milk
  • 1/2 cup. flour
  • 1/2 cup. cornmeal
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • onion optional

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spoon into skillet with hot oil and cook until brown.
  3. Serve while hot.
