Spring Lettuce Salad

Ingredients:

  • salad bowl full of new leafy lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:

  1. Toss the onion with the lettuce. Combine the cream, sugar and vinegar and pour over lettuce and onions. Toss and serve. You may want to taste this before you salt and pepper it. I like the fresh taste and find that salt and pepper mars that.
