  • 500 g split peas
  • 10 cups water

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to boil.
  3. Simmer for around three hours.
  4. Remove bone.
  5. Purée soup.
  6. Eat or refrigerate for later.
