Very simple recipe for excellent soup.
Ingredients:
500 grams split peas
1 onion
1 carrot
100 grams ham (on the bone)
10 cups water
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a pot.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Simmer for around three hours.
4. Remove bone.
5. Purée soup.
6. Eat or refrigerate for later.
