Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place bacon bones, water, peas, onion, celery, bay leaves and thyme in a large saucepan. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until peas are tender. Remove bay leaves and bacon bones. Add potatoes and simmer until tender. Add peas and continue cooking until peas are hot. Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
