Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 2 (10-oz) packages fresh spinach
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add spinach, salt, and pepper; toss well. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until spinach wilts, stirring well after 2 minutes.
