Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Reserve 1/2 cup raspberries for dressing.
  2. Arrange spinach on individual plates.
  3. Sprinkle on raspberries, onions, mushrooms, and walnuts.
  4. Place dressing ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  5. Process until well blended.
  6. You can also add the juice drained from the frozen raspberries.
  7. Serve with dressing at the table as it's a bit heavy.
