Spinach Lentil Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 5 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ

Directions:

  1. Saute onion and garlic. boil lentils 20 minutes. Add all together and simmer for 30 minutes.
