Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook turkey, add carrots, add sauce
  2. Cook spinach and drain spinach well, set aside
  3. Mix ricotta chees, egg, pepper, garlic, basil, oregano and half mozza cheese, add spinach.
  4. Coat lasagna pan with oil and preheat oven to 350
  5. Alternate layers of tomato sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture, finishing with tomato sauce.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozza cheese
  7. Poor water around edge of pan
  8. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 75 mins
  9. Let stand to cool for 15 mins before slicing
