Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 4 hours before eating
  2. Note: you may wanna really wring out the spinach and get it as dry as possible before adding to the other ingredients
  3. Serve in a bowl with cut up peices of either sourdough or pumpernickel bread
