Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Make Crepes with the first 4 ingredients (reserve 1 tsp of sugar
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients.
  3. Fill the cooked crepe, roll and heat in the oven at 350º for 15 minutes. Sprinkle a little cheese on top
