Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 (10 oz) packages of chopped spinach, cooked
  • 2 (4 1/2 oz) cans of mushrooms, drained
  • 2 tsp of minced onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2/3 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp soft butter

Directions:

  1. Drain the cooked spinach.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour into an ungreased casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
