Spinach Bacon Stuffed Onions

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel onions and cut in halves crosswise.
  2. Place in large kettle and cover with boiling water.
  3. Return to boil then simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Remove hearts from onions leaving a good shell.
  5. Chop hearts of onions then mix with spinach, bacon, cream cheese and 5 tablespoons parmesan. Fill onions with spinach mixture then sprinkle remaining Parmesan over top.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
