Spinach and Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise and half the onions in medium bowl with electric hand mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add spinach.
  3. Mix until just blended.
  4. Stir in cheese crumbles and peppers.
  5. Add salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste.
  6. Cover.
  7. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Sprinkle with remaining onions just before serving.
