Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine brown sugar, oil, prune baby food, egg, applesauce and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
  3. Beat well with electric mixer, add soybeans and beat again.
  4. In medium mixing bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger.
  5. Stir into the soybean mixture.
  6. Stir oats and raisins into the dough.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto nonstick baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until firm and lightly golden.
  9. Do not over bake.
