Spicy Southwestern Homemade Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
  • 1 -2 tbsp water (as needed)
  • 1 1/4 cups semolina flour
  • 1 tsp dried cilantro (optional)
  • 1/3 tsp cayenne

Directions:

  1. Follow whatever method you normally use to mix and knead your dough.
  2. Ingredients are given for Manual or Electric Machine.
  3. NOTES : Very good with a Mexican Style sauce or salsa. Use Cayenne according to taste.
