For those of us who like to experiment with fresh home-made pastas. This recipe was exported from MasterCook II.
Ingredients:
1 cup semolina flour
1 teaspoon dried cilantro (optional) or 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
1 -2 tablespoon water (as needed)
1 1/4 cups semolina flour

1 -2 tablespoon water (as needed)
Directions:
1. Follow whatever method you normally use to mix and knead your dough.
2. Ingredients are given for Manual or Electric Machine.
3. NOTES : Very good with a Mexican Style sauce or salsa. Use Cayenne according to taste.
