Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in saucepan.
  2. Add garlic and onion. Saute for 3 minutes.
  3. Add both peppers and zucchini. Saute for 5 miniutes to soften.
  4. Add both cans of tomatoes. Heat through.
  5. Serve over prepared spaghetti squash.
