Ingredients:

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tbsp chulula chipoltle dry chili lime seasoning (use less if you're sensitive to heat)
  • 1/8 tsp lime juice

Directions:

  1. Prepare asparagus by trimming ends to remove tough ends.
  2. Place in a glass baking dish.
  3. Melt the butter in a microwave proof bowl.
  4. Add the vinegar, Worcestershire, chulula and lime juice and mix well to break up any dry ingredients.
  5. Pour over the asparagus and toss.
  6. Marinade for 15 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  7. Place on the grill and cook until al dente, approximately 5 - 7 minutes (depends on the size of your asparagus, more for thicker, less for thinner).
