Spicy Garlic Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh green beans , cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, saute the beans, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt in oil for 10-12 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender. Yield: 4 servings.
