Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except flour; blend well.
  2. Cut fish into thin strips.
  3. Roll fish in flour; shake off excess.
  4. Dip in egg batter, then roll in flour again and shake off excess.
  5. Fry in moderately hot oil until golden brown. If oil is too hot, batter will burn.
