Spicy Black Bean Dip

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 tbsp garlic

Directions:

  1. Pour both cans in to a food processor and blend until smooth(er).
  2. Grind the flax seeds in a coffee grinder (if you have one available).
  3. Slice and de-seed the hot peppers (I used thai hot peppers and they are HOT) USE GLOVES TO PROTECT YOUR HANDS.
  4. Add everything else in to the food processor and blend until done!
