Spicy Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 18 oz salmon fillets
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Combine all seasoning ingredients and spread over the surface of the salmon.
  2. Bake (skin side down) in a 350 oven for 20 to 40 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
  3. If you're grilling it, do so over high heat for 10 to 15 minutes depending on thickness.
  4. Do not turn the salmon over.
