Spicy 2 Bean Turkey Soup

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 can navy beans
  • 1 large can tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp of chicken boulion granuals
  • 3 cups of water
  • 2 tsp orageno
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper

Directions:

  1. Spray a soup pot with pam
  2. Sautee onions and garlic till soft
  3. Add in ground turkey cook until no longer pink (breaking up pieces)
  4. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil
  5. Cook on low or simmer for about 45 minutes
