Spiced Peach Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • punce cans sliced peach, drained, liquid reserved
  • 1/2 cup reserved peach syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Blend everthring but nuts and raisins on low speed until moistened. blend on medium for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in nuts and raisins.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour in a greased baking pan.
