Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes; toss with garlic, oil and peppers.
  2. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper.
  3. Cook at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.
  4. When cooked, add balsamic vinegar and basil.
  5. Toss and serve immediately.
  6. This is WONDERFUL!
  7. Try it, you'll love it.
