  1. Spread thawed hashbrowns in a deep 11x14 lasagna or roasting pan;season generously.
  2. With salt and pepper.Sprinkle half of the.

  8. In a medium bowl,whisk eggs with 1/2 teaspoon.
  9. Salt,1/4 teaspoon black pepper and the milk;.
  10. Pour over the casserole.Press the mixture.
  11. Gently down to make sure everything is covered with the eggs.Let stand at least 15.
  12. Minutes before baking or overnight.Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
