Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in heavy saucepan on top of stove.
  2. Add chopped onion, green peppers and celery; simmer until onions are translucent but not browned.
  3. Add flour and mix well.
  4. Add tomatoes, seasonings and lemon juice.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
  7. Serve hot on omelets, pork chops or veal cutlets.
