Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a fry pan add about two tablespoons of oil,vegetable or olive oil.Add about two cups of rice.or enough to cover pan. Turn every little bit so it only browns. Add a dash of garlic & stir.When the browning is complete add enough water to fill the pan 1 inch from rim top. Boil for about 20 minutes then add cumin o about a teaspoon or 2 the add 1 can of tomato sauce depends how much you like a 1/2 can or the whole small can.The little ones.add one diced tomato.Stir & let simmer for the remainder of the 20 minutes or until done.Serve in serving bowl with main meal.
