Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 medium pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 1/2 cup. minute rice
  • 1 1/4 cup. water
  • 1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 can of tomato soup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, peppers, beef, and rice.
  2. Stir over high heat until browned.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Bring to a 5 minuteboil quickly.
  6. Simmer, uncovered .
