  • 5 cups water
  • 3 tbsp pepper
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/3 cup jalapeno
  • 1/8 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Brown rice in oil, the add remaining items and cook for 20 minutes on medium high.
