Ingredients:

  • 2 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric

Directions:

  1. Saute garlic and onion in oil.
  2. Mix all ingredients into 2 cups cooked white rice.
  3. Serve warm.
  4. 1/4 cup servings
