Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shred the Spam and Velveeta in a large bowl. The cheese is easier to work with if you place it in the freezer for approximately one hour prior to shredding. Add desired amount of mustard and mix. The consistency should be thick, but easy to spread. Spread on bread or buns. Place directly on rack in oven or toaster oven for 6 - 8 minutes on broil or if you want crispy bread, bake.
  2. I personally like a crispier bread and I like spamwich mixture to be slightly burnt. My mom uses hamburger buns and bakes a batch of spamwiches, and puts them back in the oven to store overnight so she can eat a couple cold ones for breakfast.
  3. Store the leftover mixture in the refridgerator. I place it on defrost in the microwave when I'm ready to use it again. Enjoy.
